Returns

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@rewindglass.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the cost of the item on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, this will usually be by offering you a replacement or a refund. Please provide photographs to show any damage. info@rewindglass.co.uk.

If an item has arrived damaged Rewind Glass will cover the cost of returning the product.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Postage costs to return an item for exchange or refund lays with the customer.

Refunds - late delivery
We post items out by your chosen postage method on Tuesdays and Fridays to reduce trips to the Post Office. During the pandemic Royal Mail devlieries are taking longer than usual. Once a parcel has been posted we cannot guarantee when it will arrive with you. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if an item hasn't been delivered within 30 days you have the right to cancel the order and will be issued a refund.
