Shipping policy

During the Covid-19 pandemic we will try to reduce visits to the post office. We will generally post orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. 

Currently, Royal Mail parcels are taking longer to arrive than normal. We will let you know when your order has been posted but cannot accept any responsibility for when it arrives at its destination*

Our shipping prices are based on the total weight of your order.

Orders up to 2kg (usually 2 products eg 1 clock and a set of glasses) cost £3.95 second class signed for post or £5.05 first class signed for.

Orders between 2.1 and 10kg (usually three or more items) postage is £7.05 second class or £8.50 for 48 hour delivery with Parcel Force.

Jewellery is obviously much lighter to post. Second class postage is £2.45  for the first two jewellery items you purchse or £2.85 1st class signed for.

 *If an item hasn't been delivered within 30 days you have the right to cancel the order and will be issued a refund, as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015

We can ship to the USA. Prices vary depending on hte weight of the product and the carrier you opt for.
